And there are also many experts that subcategorized the disorder into two types and they are oblivious and hypervigilant. It is an oblivious type that an individual will be once they will show signs of grandiosity, arrogance and thick-skinned. It is a hypervigilant individual is what you will have once they are easily hurt, oversensitive and ashamed.
If you are looking of the exact cause of this disorder then there is none yet. When taking a look at this disorder though then there are many factors that can lead to it. Once an individual has been emotionally abusing in the formative years, overindulgence, and had excessive admiration particularly during childhood then they are the eons that can lead to this type of disorder. Once you will look at the disorders then it will start to show during early adulthood and it will progress over a period of time. Just like any other disorder, it is this one that will also have complications like relationship and family problems and increasing dependence on alcohol or other drug.

Being compassionate to other people is what these individuals are able to do with the help of this treatment. There are two main goals that you are able to see in every psychotherapy. There are short term goals and that is to free the individual from substance abuse. And the long term goal is to change the person character. Antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication is what s commonly used for hope with NPD. It is these things that help control depression and anxiety.
